These terms apply to UNWISE B.V. and to every order placed through Unwise.com. By using the site or placing an order you accept them.
01 Who we are
UNWISE B.V., Herengracht 420, 1017 BZ Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Contact us via our contact page. Our Chamber of Commerce (KvK) and VAT number will be listed here.
02 Products & prices
We make small runs. Stock is limited and can sell out. All prices are in euros and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs, if any, are shown before you confirm your order. We do our best to show products and colours accurately, but small differences can occur.
03 Your order
An agreement is formed once we confirm your order by email. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is no longer available or in case of an obvious pricing error, and will refund any amount already paid.
04 Payment
Payment is made through our secure payment provider using the methods shown at checkout. We never store your full payment details.
05 Delivery
We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery times are indicative. Risk passes to you on delivery. See Shipping & returns for details.
06 Right of withdrawal & returns
As a consumer in the EU you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. How it works is set out in full on our Shipping & returns page, and you can start it on the withdrawal page.
07 Warranty & faulty items
Your order must meet what you can reasonably expect. If an item is faulty or not as ordered, contact us and we will repair, replace or refund it in line with your legal rights, at no cost to you.
08 Community & Add Yours
When you add a photo through "Add yours", you confirm it is yours to share and that anyone recognisable in it agrees. You keep ownership, and you give UNWISE B.V. a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to show it on Unwise.com and our own channels.
Keep it legal and respectful: nothing offensive, infringing or misleading. We may decline or remove any submission, and you can ask us to take your photo down at any time via our contact page.
09 Liability
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights. Beyond that, our liability is limited to the value of your order, to the extent permitted by law.
10 Applicable law
Dutch law applies. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
