Returning something
As a consumer in the EU you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Here is how it works.

Tell us
Start your return on the withdrawal page or via the contact form with your order number, within 14 days of delivery.

Send it back
You then have another 14 days to return the item, unworn and with tags, in or with its packaging. We confirm the return address by email.

Get refunded
Once we receive and check it, we refund the full amount, including original standard shipping, within 14 days to your original payment method.
Return shipping costs
- Within the EU · return shipping is on us.
- Outside the EU · the return shipping cost is yours, and any import duties or taxes are for the receiver's account.

Received something damaged or not as ordered? Contact us and we will make it right at no cost to you, in line with your legal rights.
