Orders
You can pay with the major methods (cards, iDEAL, PayPal, Apple Pay, Klarna and more) through our secure payment provider. We never see your full card details.
Yes. You get a confirmation by email as soon as you order, and another when it ships, with a track & trace link.
If it hasn't shipped yet, message us quickly via the contact form and we'll do our best. After delivery you can use your 14-day right of withdrawal.
Shipping
Nothing. Free standard shipping, worldwide.
Orders are usually dispatched within 1 to 3 working days. Delivery time after that depends on your location.
Yes. You get a track & trace link by email as soon as your order ships.
Within the EU, taxes are included. For orders outside the EU, any import duties or taxes are for the receiver's account.
Returns
Yes. You have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Start it on Cancel or withdraw an order. Full details on Shipping & returns.
Tell us via the withdrawal form or the contact form with your order number, then send the item back unworn, with tags. Return shipping is free within the EU.
Within 14 days of us receiving the item back, to your original payment method.
Message us via the contact form and we'll make it right at no cost to you, in line with your legal rights.
